返品は、本ウェブサイトで購入された商品に限り承ります。有効な注文参照番号を明記し、配送日または受取日から30日以内に返品商品が当社に到着するようお送りください。

商品の状態

1. すべての商品が未着用、未洗濯、未加工で、表示タグが付いた状態であることをご確認ください。

2. 最終セール品は、交換、返金または返品の対象外です。

3. バンドル商品またはセット商品については、個々の商品を別々に返品して返金を受けることはできません。返金をご希望の場合は、バンドルまたはセットの全商品（無料ギフトを含む）をご返品いただく必要があります。

4. ご注文の商品を返品する場合は、購入特典の無料ギフトも併せてご返品ください。

1. Processing Time & Order Status

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). High volume may cause slight delays. Weekend orders start processing on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

4. Taxes, Duties & Customs

For applicable locations, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local authorities.

5. What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?

Delays: Transit times are estimates. Delays can happen due to high carrier volume, customs inspections, or unforeseen events.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for over 15 business days, please contact us at customercare@tbhofficial.com. We will gladly investigate with the carrier and assist you.
