Cancellation

We can only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via customercare@tbhofficial.com to submit your request.

Refund

Only products purchased on this website will be accepted. Your return must reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number.

Condition of item(s)

1. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed and unaltered with the hangtags attached.

2. All final sale product(s) are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.

3. For all bundle/set purchases, individual products cannot be returned separately for a refund. If you request a refund, all items of the bundle/set must be returned (including free gifts).

4. For any free gift with purchase, they must also be returned if you want to return your order.

Refunds and Charges:
