Geolocation (IP Detection) Data Processing Statement. To provide visitors with a more tailored shopping experience (including automatically matching product prices, currency units, shipping rules, etc. corresponding to their region), this website collects and processes visitors' geolocation-related data through IP address resolution using Shopify's Geo Country service. Only country/region-level codes are obtained; no precise geolocation information such as latitude, longitude, or specific cities is collected. The processing of relevant data strictly complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and relevant UK data protection laws, as well as Shopify's data processing specifications. The specific details are as follows:

1) Data Collection Method: When a visitor accesses this website, the system automatically parses the visitor's IP address through server-side and compliant IP geolocation interfaces provided by Shopify's Geo Country service to obtain the corresponding country/region ISO code. This process does not require manual authorization from the visitor, does not store the complete IP address, and only temporarily processes country/region code data—all in line with Shopify Geo's data handling standards.

2) Purpose of Data Processing: It is only used to automatically match the displayed content of the corresponding market on this website for visitors (currency, prices, shipping options, etc.). It is not used for precise positioning, user profile analysis, marketing pushes, or any other purposes.

3) Data Storage and Retention: Country/region code data is only temporarily cached (stored in the visitor's local browser cookie) to quickly match the market for subsequent visits. This website's servers do not store such data for a long time; visitors can delete the relevant data stored locally at any time by clearing their browser cookies.

4) Data Sharing and Transmission: This website will not share, sell, or transmit geolocation-related data obtained through IP detection to any third party. If cross-border data transmission is involved, European Union Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) will be adopted to ensure that the level of data protection meets GDPR requirements.

5) User Rights and Operation Methods

a) This website does not conduct forced geotargeted redirects. Visitors can manually switch to their desired region through the "Country/Region Selector" on the website page. The manually selected result will override the content automatically matched by the system, and the local cookie will be synchronously updated to the manually selected region information.

b) Pursuant to the GDPR, visitors are entitled to all data subject rights, including the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, and the right to restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, visitors may contact us through the contact information at the end of this Privacy Policy.

c) Legal Basis for Data Processing: This website conducts the aforementioned IP geolocation data processing based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). The legitimate interest is to provide visitors with an optimized localized shopping experience, and the importance of this interest outweighs the impact on visitors' privacy rights and interests. Visitors have the right to object to this data processing based on their specific personal circumstances, and we will review and respond promptly upon receiving the objection.

Other. As noted earlier, We will process personal information for which we have a legitimate interest, such as fraud protection or compliance with legal obligations, or any other purpose disclosed to you at the time you provide personal information or with your consent.

4. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

We (along with third parties that provide content, advertising or other functionality on our Services), may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage and other technologies (“Technologies”) to automatically collect information through the Services. Technologies that are essentially small data files placed on your computer, tablet, mobile phone or other devices that allow us to record certain pieces of information whenever you visit or interact with our website, services, applications, messaging and tools, and to recognize you across devices.

Our uses of such Technologies fall into the following general categories:

a. Operational. We may use Technologies that are necessary to the operation of our Services. This includes Technologies that allow you access to our websites, Services, applications, and tools; that are required to identify irregular site behavior, prevent fraudulent activity and improve security; or that allow you to make use of functions such as shopping carts, saved search or similar functions.

b. Performance-Related. We may use Technologies to assess the performance of our Services, including as part of our analytic practices to help us understand how our visitors use our Services, determine if you have interacted with our messaging, determine whether you have viewed an item or link, or to improve our website content, applications, services or tools.

c.Functionality-Related. We may use Technologies that allow us to offer you enhanced functionality when accessing or using our Services. This may include identifying you when you sign into the Service or keeping track of your specified preferences, interests or past items viewed so that we may enhance the presentation of content.

d.Performance-related: We may use Technical Tools to evaluate the performance of the Services, including as part of analytical practices. This helps us understand how visitors use the Services, determine whether you have viewed our information, identify if you have browsed a specific item or link, or improve website content, applications, Services, or tools.

e.Advertising-Related. We may use first-party or third party cookies and web beacons to deliver content, including ads relevant to your interests, on our Services or on third party sites. This includes using technologies to understand the usefulness to you of the advertisements and content that has been delivered to you, such as whether you have clicked on an advertisement. We may also use third parties to serve targeted advertisements to people similar to our customer base or incorporating a pixel from the third-party on our Site. Even if you have disabled certain cookies,  advertisements may still be displayed to you through these third-party channels.

If you would like to opt-out of the Technologies we employ, you may do so by blocking, deleting or disabling them as your browser or device permits. See Section 6 for additional opt-out options. Please note that blocking, deleting, or disabling these Technologies will affect the functionality of our Services and may prevent you from being able to access certain features.

In addition, from time to time, server logs may be reviewed for security purposes – e.g., to detect unauthorized activity on the Services. In such cases, server log data containing IP addresses may be shared with law enforcement bodies in order to allow them to identify users in connection with their investigation of unauthorized activities.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and/or contract. In such event, We will endeavor to direct the transferee to use personal information in a manner that is consistent with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such personal information was collected.

“Do Not Track.” Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. We do not override these settings or options. However, in order to access certain content, features, services, products, or benefits of the Services, you may be required to provide us with certain information, including some types of personally identifying information. If you do not wish to provide such information through the Service or if you opt to utilize the aforementioned privacy features of your computer system or web browser, you may be unable to obtain certain content, features, services, products, or benefits of the Site.

Advertisements on third party websites that contain the AdChoices link, and that link to this Privacy Policy, may have been directed to you based on anonymous nonpersonal information collected by advertising partners over time and across websites. These advertisements provide a mechanism to opt-out of the advertising partners’ use of this information for interest-based advertising purposes.

Please include your full name, email address associated with your account and a detailed description of your data request. Such requests will be processed in accordance with local laws. Although we will use good faith efforts to provide Individuals with access to their personal information, there may be circumstances in which we are unable to provide access, including but not limited to where the information contains legal privilege, would compromise others’ privacy or other legitimate rights, where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the Individual’s privacy, in the case in question or where it is commercially proprietary. If we determines that access should be restricted in any particular instance, we will provide you with an explanation of why that determination has been made and a contact point for any further inquiries. To protect your privacy, we will take commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to or making any changes to your personal information.
