1. Processing Time & Order Status
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). High volume may cause slight delays. Weekend orders start processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your order is placed.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.
4. Taxes, Duties & Customs
For applicable locations, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local authorities.
5. What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?
Delays: Transit times are estimates. Delays can happen due to high carrier volume, customs inspections, or unforeseen events.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for over 15 business days, please contact us at customercare@tbhofficial.com. We will gladly investigate with the carrier and assist you.
